An informal interactive discussion specifically designed to help you and your practice set up and run a successful farmer group.  We will discuss the key points of the following areas:

• What to include in farmer memberships
• Appropriate charging structure
• Day to day running of the group
• Communication with your clients
• Potential problems you may encounter along the way

We will also discuss the changes to future farming policy in Wales and what this will mean for you as vets in practice, with an update on the current AHIC (Animal Health Improvement Cycle) pilot project.
We will leave time for any questions along the way.
