  • Participants will be able to identify how the comparative lung anatomy affects the differing pathophysiology of pulmonary disease in horses and cattle.
  • Participants will be able to describe how the difference in pulmonary mechanics results in different susceptibility to clinical respiratory disease in horses and cattle.
  • Participants will be able to discuss how differences in large animal husbandry impact the types of respiratory disease that predominate in horses and cattle.
