Shaun gained his veterinary degree from the University of Sydney in 1993, 

Since then he has undertaken a phd, a residency position and become a Boarded Specialist with both the American and European Colleges of Equine Internal Medicine.  He has worked a as senior lecturer in equine internal medicine at the university of Liverpool and joined Cotts Equine in 2010 to provide specialist services in areas such as respiratory disease, cardiology, ophthalmology and neurology.
