Amanda Curtis
Amanda has been practicing as an RVN since 2012, she has worked in variety of veterinary settings, with a passion for intensive care nursing and quality improvement. She moved into education in 2020 teaching student veterinary nurses at degree and diploma level, before moving to Essity Animal health as the inside sales specialist providing wound care education and support to veterinary professionals.
Amanda has written for various publications on wound care and quality improvement and lectured nationally on these topics. She is passionate about bringing evidenced based veterinary nursing to the forefront and is currently studying for a BSc in Health science to expand her knowledge of public health with a particular focus on microbiology and antimicrobial resistance.
